Re: Titanic 3D
Add me to the list of people who can't get over Rose getting out of a lifeboat (I was asked by my friend if I'd have given up my seat as feminist protest, but no, I'd consider it down-payment for the inability to vote, hold property after marriage, lack of university degrees and rigid enforcement of sexual mores, thanks).
It's true that how people acted is such a foreign concept to us now. Reminds me a bit of series 1 Downton Abbey, where everyone knows their place and enforces. No one these days would be ok with the rich people being loaded into boats first. And in my mind, that's a good thing!

pictures of a 3D film, I wonder if wearing 3D glasses to look at them makes them less of a blurry mess?Star wrote: Had an annoying couple in front who though it was the best idea ever to get their phones out and keep taking pictures of the film.

I'm sure there had been some added scenes and some that I noticed had gone - unless I was just resting my eyes (lol!). One in particular was the famous scene on the prow of the ship where DiCrapio shouts "I'm king on the world!" I can't remember him saying that last night when he held her. Also was the musical score not more instrumental than I remember? I'm sure there used to be more singy bits like Ceelion Dion.
Maybe this was a "Director's Cut as well as a conversion to 3D.

A lot of love for Fabrizio, but I will admit my heart belongs to Tommy Ryan. Following the rats! True Dublin know-how.
