Guess I'm in the minority of haters then. Oh well.
Maybe EthanRunt and I can start a club of our own ;)
Can I join the club!

This was achingly tedious and mind numbingly boring.............the 2 and half hours felt like 2 and half days it was so dull, in fact, it was so bad I half expected Nicholas Cage to pop up half way through!
I half agree with you there. Very slow to start, below-average acting (at points) and over-the-top at other points. That said, I was entertained by the film. Maybe I'm just easy to please!

I think "theater" and "theatre" are both valid, but I've honestly seen "theatre" used more often.

It's theatre in the UK (and that means the theatre) and theater in the US which is used for cinemas and theaters.

Our local cinema was called the Wayne Theater. You figure.

Theaters now looks very odd to me -- I've been here so long.

Funny!!! THAT I would have liked to see rather than this film.

I didn't really like the film which was disappointing as I love survival films. It definitely catered to the younger audience. The build up to the game was very slow and the training scenes seemed far too quick and invalid to prepare them for a fight to the death. The beauty/popularity pageant thing made me want to heave and throw socks at the screen to make them hurry up and get on with it. The fight scenes were far too played down for my liking and the sickly sweet love romance made me want to puke! But on a positive note Lawrence acted really well! :D

LOL @HungerGamesUK just RT-ed someone who said that, which is ridiculous as everyone's saying it. There really is no point in RT-ing everyone...
