I was having the same thought earlier, and kk brought me the bad news: bloody Hollywood has already shown its interest :(

Yes, they also talked about it during Q&A at Saatchi gallery. The american version of Headhunters is coming to the cinemas near us...

I went to the horrid crappy dirty Holloway road, sat in the back row with MariaLonza. A very good view on those seats, as they are on a step, which I fell off

So I've read 5 or 6 of Jo Nesbo's books but this one I've not read yet, and its also a stand alone book, not part of the series. I had no idea what to expect from this espeically as I soon realised it was nothing like the books I read. It was very entertaining and kept you guessing all the way through, with loads of twists and turns and some turn your head away scenes 8O

I really enjoyed seeing Jaime Lannister from Game of Thrones on the big screen (can't remember his real name)

My fav bit was
that flipping tractor with the dog hanging off it!
8/10
preferred locations Shepherds Bush, Westfield, Notting Hill, Central London, Wimbledon, Islington, Wandsworth thanks

Should have gone there instead of the shiny superscreen at the 02. So super they can't get the subtitles to work. I left after half an hour as I was too tired to wait for it to be fixed!

It's going to ruin it. I don't understand why the Americans can't read subtitles.

That's happened at cineworld a couple of times and it's the print they been sent, or these days the copy they've downloaded, and can't be fixed. I hope they offered you an alternate film, our cineworld is always on the ball offering that.

Really enjoyed this film. Forgot I was reading after a few minutes. Lots of twists and turns kept me interested throughout.
That's 2 good films in a row now.

Only down side is the news that there will probably be an american re-make. Why can't they leave it alone??? All the subtlety will be ripped out and the twists will be as obvious as an american wrestling move.

9/10 for the original

Brilliant film, really enjoyed it. Please no American re-make and leave Trollhunters alone! :nono:

Not bad but honestly, plausibility was stretched to the absolute breaking point. None the less, quite entertaining and I was happy to finally understand why there were a pair of twin "Politi" guards at the Saatchi screening, of which one seemed to be eating a bag of peanuts.

I can definitely see Josh Holloway (aka Sawyer from LOST) playing the villain in the Hollywood remake.
