We also had afternoon tea in the Town Hall which was lovely (and filling). Now I know some of the group we were with go on the weightwatchers forum and if I knew it was so easy I would have gone on it myself years ago.
Hope everyone had a safe journey home.

Can I second what Steve has said, had a great and very interesting day out in Manchester today, met 2 more fmukers - Andrews and Jordsmum, learned quite a bit about my home town - a big thank you to Diane65 for arranging such a great day out, much appreciated.
Now sat on the sofa still feeling stuffed after the afternoon tea in the Town Hall - maybe I ought to join the ww thread too.

Thank you both so much for your kind words and to all of you being such fabulous company. I did eat the most rocket so that counts as being healthy and we did walk around for almost 8 hours but as for the delicious afternoon tea
I too am sat on the sofa still feeling stuffed. I will get my act together re eating

How slow am I

Just because Andrews and myself didn't notice the Oscar

(We went to see the Annie Lennox exhibition at The Lowry and just because we were too engrossed with the corset dress and Yogi bear ears (plus nattering) we completely missed the Oscar

)
