hardly dare say so, but i loved this movie. Whole cast were excellent, with Susan Sarandon stealing it.
the only reason i would not give it higher mark was that irritating ¨close-up then zoom¨-thingy they copied from ¨the office¨.
8/10 (would happily have pa*d to seen it)

I enjoyed this too, just quirky enough to appeal. Once again, a reminder of how blurred the line between TV star and movie star is getting. Maybe this year I'll see an American film that doesn't feature an actor from a hit US sitcom....
A pleasure to sit in front of The Teacher and her posse. Feet off the seats everyone! Thanks again for the ticket.

Re: Jeff Who Lives At Home
I was The Teacher as we had 2 wee girls who did not know how to sit in a cinema and I told them off for putting their feet over the seat in front. Not once but 3 times! They didn't do it again! Back to Jeff. Film was better than I thought it might be given reviews. Fairly gentle film with no big surprises. I love Susan Sarandon. She gets better as she gets older. Like Yinster, I thought film was about Jeff being thrown out and how he'd cope in the world. Glad I've seen it but very glad I didn't have to p*y, particularly as so short!ploggit wrote: A pleasure to sit in front of The Teacher and her posse. Feet off the seats everyone! I wasn't terribly enamoured with this. It's okay, but at least it's short.

Too slow and low key and therefore a DVD movie for me but then I guess I got in for free so should not complain : )
Nothing against students but the crowd at Greenwich was a bit rough but the worst behaved wasn't a student at all but a canadian seated in front of me who tried to trip up a father trying to exit with a baby!

You can complain even if it was free! You don't have to love a film you don't p*y for, don't worry, if they're free it means the distributors and venues can afford it
