Don't think they should of put a modern twist on the 1960's Top Cat !!
What do others think ??

This trailer is horrible - the dialogue ghastly!!

Re: Top Cat: The Movie
I heard this is mexican? Is that correct?
A horse walks into a bar and the bartender asks, "Why the long face?"
A pony walks into the bar and whispers, "I'll have a beer, please." The barkeeper asks, "Why are you whispering?".
"I'm a little hoarse."

.....so we think Top Cat is going to be so bad it is going to turn people to drink
I have my shiny cardboard winning tickets too and am looking forward to Sunday, although I from watching the trailers it does look like the style/animation has been updated at all.

Re: Top Cat: The Movie
Lovely to see so many FMUKers this morning. Not so lovely to find the 4 back rows in the middle section blocked out for press or whoever, who then didn't turn up so half of the seats including the ones we would have taken were still empty when the film started - but then it was too late to move. Got some fruit drinks and candy at the beginning, and a white balloon with Top Cat's face on it at the end. And some face masks.
OH loved the movie. I thought it was boring and nodded off half-way through. Hope I didn't snore.
Off to a Thai restaurant buffet now to save this day somehow.
5/10
