Pretty much a direct quote of what someone said on Glee regarding a Whitney episode (you're a Gleek SH, aren't you? ;))

But wasn't this musical already in the works before her death anyway? They may have only rushed it out a little quicker than initially intended.

I do bemoan the dearth of writing talent in theatres. Are they just going to consistently rehash films into musicals from now on?

I just wanted to say how great a weekend I had with the vouchers I received from the foruums - the Vochal Orchestra and NKOTBSB.

The Vochal Orchestra were really good. I wasn't sure what to expect but I was really pleasantly suprised and enjoyed the comedy that they put into their performance.

What can I say about NKOTBSB - awesome!! Certainly relived my youth!

I agree with Emmat - The Vocal Orchestra were excellent. Very talented cast. I would strongly recommend it.

Looks like they are expecting the theatre to do badly this summer -

Every January and February, London’s Theatreland runs a sale on its ticket prices, with a campaign called Get Into London Theatre.

With the distraction of the Olympics coming this summer, London’s theatres have once again dropped their prices, eager to draw people into the West End to see their shows. This summer, during the London 2012 Festival (21 June to 9 September), Get Into London Theatre is offering tickets at £10, £20, £30 and £40 for a wide choice of musicals, plays, dance and entertainment.

Tickets on offer include the Olivier Award-nominated shows One Man, Two Guvnors, Singin’ In The Rain, Shrek and Ghost.

There are more than 40 shows with reduced tickets available, so whatever your taste, there’s probably something to whet your appetite: there’s The Lion King, Julius Caesar by the RSC, Sweeney Todd or the English National Ballet’s Swan Lake to name but a few.

For a full list of participating shows and to get your booking in, visit www.getintolondontheatre.co.uk before 31 May. Or call the 24hr ticket hotline on 0844 412 2703.

Its the money that's the problem. Its a big risk putting on plays and musicals nowaday's. so they must be reckoning that everyone will want to see it cos of the film. funny I can't remember anything about the film or the music
preferred locations Shepherds Bush, Westfield, Notting Hill, Central London, Wimbledon, Islington, Wandsworth thanks
