There's a programme on C4 at the moment called Secret Eaters. The blurb says it digs into why people who think they are eating healthily, but can't lose weight. Might be interesting.

Couple of minutes in I wonder if it's portion size and lack of exercise...?

yea ... i watched this last week (im taping tonight's) .. the fella last week didn't eat all day but ate a massive meal at 1am in the morning after finishing work on the taxis. And he smothered his food in oil and salad cream. His sister took food off other people's plates as well as eating her own!! How can they not realise what it is that's stopping them from losing weight?!!! It's common sense!! I know what's right and wrong, I just choose sometimes not to do the right thing!!

How fabulous o/ I ate my lunch in a common room with metal grills at the window - it was stunning wearing Alexandra workwear ;) I trust you have added the bit about your fetching shorts to drive us ladies wild thinking of you in your skimpy shorts - handsome hunk and beautiful scenery what more could a girl ask for o/

As everyone else has said this thread is far better than any group that you could attend (I've never been to one in my life) and as we are all very honest it works brilliantly. Thank you so much to everyone who participates and the lovely ladies although not on a diet are always supporting us babes/hunks in the making on our journey to be "tight and toned", we reall do appreciate your support o/

Menu of the day:
Special K clusters and black coffee (300 calories)
Ham salad sandwich, rocket, tomatoes, 2 satsumas and a kiwi (300 calories)
Jacket potato with cottage cheese and pineapple (300 calories)
Melon and strawberries (50 calories)
Fab ice lolly (90 calories)

Its DVD night tonight with my new dumbbells - I'm actually looking forward to it

Hope everyone else has a good day o/
