Re: Weight Watchers
That's one of my favorite walks Biggins. I walked up to Loch Skeen in the Moffat hills. Took in the splendor of Gray Mare's Tail.....stunning!! Dipped my feet in the waterfall, well needed as it was scorching up there.
Had an egg roll for breakfast and coffee, 2 ham salad rolls for lunch with a packet of crisps then a weight watcher beef hotpot (231 cals) for dinner. Just had a cuppa and 3 digestive biscuits plus a freddo for supper.
has everyone else been good?

Re: Weight Watchers
Just googled it and what a beautiful place for a walk and it must have been simply divine dipping your feet in that waterfall. I should get myself off to Scotland to experience all those beautiful places.havingascreen wrote:That's one of my favorite walks Biggins. I walked up to Loch Skeen in the Moffat hills. Menu of the day:
Special K clusters and milk, black coffee (300 calories- my breakfasts always tend to be this as I weigh and measure 300 calories worth of food (I know I need to get a life but my father was the same being so precise so there must be a genetic link)
Lunch unsure as going straight to the cinema from work
Vegetable chilli and wholemeal rice (400 calories) weight watchers fromage frais (50 calories)
I will do my DVD tonight. What is everyone else planning for the day?

Re: Weight Watchers
Nice day here again but to change tonight when the rain comes - a well it was nice while it lasted. Out to water my plant pots and then going into town to have a coffee at the Dome in George Street. A wander round John Lewis's looking for some new cushions for my sofas and then decide whether to b*y a sandwich and take it down to the cinema for LOL - Or come home and catch up on housework. Neither have a great appeal at the moment.
Two egg mushroom omelette and salad for tonight and a yoghurt. Probably two oatcakes with a smear of butter and a cup of tea before bed.
Havingascreen - a freddo is a chocolate bar - isn't it???

HAS, Biggins, yeah Crammond was my favourite 5m parkrun ever! you guys have great scenic walks up there. Well done with the walks.
Well back in london ill be having a run later through the gorgeous sight of derelict buildings and roadworks. My mate is picking me up in 15min to drive to cinema and see Prometheus but will be declining the lift back to do my run
mealwise had porridge...i do have a touch of honey in it but i want to soon adapt to liking porridge without it, not quite there yet. will be taking my trusty snack of mixed nuts, seeds and raisins at the cinema. later on ill have a beef stew. which i will split into 2 meals.

I take a pot of these with me on my travels, MrG. They're filling as well as tasty aren't they. Indoors, I have a 'graze' pot of celery, cucumber and radish. And I conjur up a fruit one too at times!!TheyCallMeMrGlass wrote: will be taking my trusty snack of mixed nuts, seeds and raisins

Re: Weight Watchers
Mr G your porridge should be made with salt never with sugar or honey if you want to be part Scottish.
A "freddo" is a small bar of milk chocolate with a green wrapper with a frog on it. Have b*ght it for the grandchildren so I know it is only a small bar so we'll let HAS off this time. LOL!!

I've just got back from Asda and I'm sure people at the checkout queue thought I was mad, because I caught sight of a Freddo bar and started grinning to myself!!!
