Oh dear, Mr G will have a very wet run home, unless he weakens and accepts a lift home, too, as it has been raining heavily (as forecast) down south for a couple of hours now. Whilst I wouldn't wish this on anyone unless they wanted it, I'm perversely pleased in a way, as the awful forecast put me off doing a longer walk, and so often when that happens, the predicted rain either fails to arrive or is much more moderate than claimed, meaning I end up kicking myself for not taking a chance. Glad I did my token 2 hours good and early today!

Where has MrG been as I do not know of anyone else who has not heard of a freddo

I must get into the habit of taking a healthy snack with me (it doesn't enter my head to eat between meals - I guess its because I've been working in a clinic for 25 years that eating there is a real no go), I had my cereals at 7.30am and as I went straight to the cinema after work, then supermarket shopping and didn't get home until 4pm, I was so ravenous that I have had a microwaved veg curry (400 calories) - its not the calories that I'm disappointed with its the lack of nutrition especially as I finished work at 12  and also I will end up eating my dinner so late which isn't good. Note to self I must make myself snack pots etc to cover for days like today.

Where is Preston1990? We have not heard from him since he was watching the Spark people exercise links :noo:

:rofl2: what a scene this freddo has started.

It IS only a wee tiny bite of chocolate, sure its only 98 cals, surely ok for a wee nibble. My daughter only left one in the pack anyway so no more temptation for me :nono:

Loch Skeen is a bit of a drive away in the Scottish Borders Glassy but well worth a look when you come back.

Well done everyone else for being so dedicated o/

Its weigh in day today

Menu of the day: Treat Day (I know they are coming every 6 days but nothing involving eating next week so it will be moved to the following weekend)
Special K with milk and black coffee (300 calories)
Ryvita, cottage cheese with pineapple and a weight watchers fromage frais (300 calories)
Pizza Express (I'm taking a friend out for her 75th birthday and she's always wanted to try this place - Pizza Leggaro (500 calories) Semi FREDDO (what have you started havingascreen) Reale with a black coffee (170 calories) I will drink water with my main course.
Its only 70 calories over my 1200 so I may even have a 230 calorie starter or maybe reduce my lunch so its not treat day - I will decide as the day goes on.

No exercise today  Good luck everyone else today o/

Ran again last night, what I usually do, and found out that I must have been iller than I thought, ive got a bit of a cough and had horrible coloured nose fluid in the morning but nesides that I thought I was fine(since it didnt aggrevate me during the day)
Out of 20 minutes I only managed 14 as I felt like I was going to faint.

Bad times :(

Take care Rawr, get some well deserved rest. You are dedicated to still run while feeling so bad but don't do any more until you have your strength back again :nono:

Healing vibes coming at ya :bighug:
