Two weeks to my hols so must get back to my good habits starting tomorrow. My menu will be posted up here Diane o/
well done on the weight lass that is brilliant. Are you putting up a ticker? Where are you going for your holidays?
Looking forward to your menu tomorrow o/

That's why I do it. I am very honest and if I've said publicly that I'm going to do something I do stick to it, its one thing lying to myself but totally different doing it to my friends.

Glad you had a good swim Biggins and your meals sound delicious I so wish I liked fish.

Its weigh in day tomorrow for me and the elusive Preston 8O If I have gained less than 2lbs on my holiday I will be happy :cross:

Welcome back, havingascreen, welcome aruif, and best wishes for weigh-in day to the diligent Diane65 and persistent Preston1990! And while I'm at it (having lagged behind a bit here - though don't tell OH as that would just furnish him with yet another opportunity to take a potshot at my posterior), well done to biggins and valda.

Your secret is safe with us ;) Thank you and I love the diligent Diane :giggle: It will be interesting to see how my week of laziness and a bit of over indulgence does affect my weight, if I have put on loads I won't be calling it intereseting :noo:

Menu of the day:
Special K with strawberries and a black coffee (330 calories)
Beef paste (don't know why but I just fancied some- not had it for years) and tomato sandwiches, natural yoghurt and fresh blueberries (350 calories)
Mediterranean chicken (Cambridge diet one - a lady I know is a leader (don't know the correct terminology) so I've b*ght a few of her - I am not doing one of the fad diets) followed by a banana (350 calories)
I will have the 170 calories spare throughout the day as I'm falling into the trap of saving a quarter of my days calories everyday for treats eg 150 on my evening dessert followed by 100 calorie treat hence getting peckish late morning :nono:

Exercise for the day:
4 mile walk

Just wondering if the man posing in his budgie smugglers in Crete was Preston1990 as he's not been on here since I mentioned that? 8O I hope that I've not embarrassed him too much :noo:

Good luck everyone and thanks to the lovely MsThrifty, anakin and jojojoanne for your continued encouragement it really does help o/

Anytime, Diane. It's nice for us to see how easy and successful it can be if you put your mind to it. And so lovely to see everyone (literally everyone) doing so well!!!

It's good that you know what you're doing that's making you peckish - first step to correcting it! ;)

Its certianly helped me to modify my eating habits and it really does work o/ .

today's menu:-

sugar puffs (come in at an amazing 116 cals, add milk and thats 200 cals o/ , was craving them from my childhood days Diane) semi skimmed milk and coffee = 250 cals
tomatoe soup (236 cals) 2 pieces of bread (200 cals), weight watchers yogurt (50 cals) = wow nearly 500 cals for lunch :noo:
Will stick to a light dinner with NO bread. thats been my downfall recently, way too much bread :Embarrassed:

Its nice to be back guys o/

Yes, cut down on the bread Havingascreen as that is how I have lost half a stone over the past few weeks. Haven't done much more exercise just cut down on the carbs. Mainly bread and potatoes and substitute for other lower carb options. Not a lot of weight lost but better than nothing - slow but sure.

Today I had a bowl of granola and semi skimmed milk, a banana and a cup of tea. Lunch is a roll with a chopped boiled egg and cup of tea. Tonight is baked potato(small one) with ham salad. A yoghurt for after. Eggs are good as they are almost carb free and they are filling. Sometimes I have a couple of eggs as an omelette with salad for lunch.

When the weather is so bad doesn't encourage you to go out for a long walk and I am not into exercising with a DVD.

Hope Preston is okay and not fallen by the wayside. :cross: He is doing so well with his weight loss.

My mom has offered to p*y the difference of my current gym membership if im allowed to upgrade it so I can actually use it, so my exercise might start to go back on track soon! :cross:

Menu so far for today =
Breakfast
2 crumpets with butter (at bfs house) (crumpets 98kcal each: 196 est 50kcal for butter)
Snack
Apple(est 50kcal)
Lunch
WW Mushroom Rigatoni + Fat free muller light vanilla sprinkled with dark chocolate (358kcal)
Snack
Apple
Dinner
???????

Both me and the bf were naughty last night and did some baking, but hey, thought id encourage the other half since it was his idea! *gasp!*
had 2 brownies with some ice cream, and boy were they sickly :s
Got a plate load downstairs, Im steering clear of em!
Will try and hop on the treadmill in abit, going to call Fitness First now to ask about the upgrade, and if successful, gym tonight! WOOOOOP!

All looks very healthy girls and I too love Sugar Puffs :D Biggins I don't let anyone in the room apart from my cats when I'm doing the DVD even they look at me as if I'm not quite all there.
I have somehow lost 1 lb  so laziness, ice cream and chips is the way forward  I must have lost it since I came back and not put as much as I anticipated when I was there.

I too am wondering re Preston - hope he's OK

I hope so, too, but perhaps he is up to something nefarious such as going to boot camp to steal a march on us all?
