Thought id update you...
I got a letter in the post yesterday from SeeFilmFirst apologising for the inconvenience, and enclosed were 4 tickets to an Odeon to see a film of our choice o/

Finally some decent customer service!!!! 8-) :D

Yeah i am really pleased that someone has finally showed us some good customer service, as the attitude of the Odeon was terrible!!

Yes i will definately be going to see the Princess and the Frog...my niece was soooo excited and then gutted not to see it so she will be extatic when we finally take her :D
