Saw a Life Without Principle at the last day of the Hong Kong Film Festival at Odeon Covent Garden. A black comedy thriller, that is funny, full of drama, action and twists. See it, if you get a chance. I was lucky to be invited by friends. 7/10

I too have been suckered into the bladdy Superstar show.

So far, it's only served to highlight how ridiculously brilliant Ian Gillan was on the original recording.

That being said, I think the level of talent is generally better than the usual SCowell fare.

I went to the first studio recording last week and got to talk to some of the contestants after, I totally fell for Ben who was just so sweet and spontaneously gave us a hug. And while I think their fantastic performances don't come across on TV quite as good as they sounded live I do agree that the talent in this show is immense. Lloyd Webber was completely right when he said this is usually the standard of the final show.
