Yes these moments of weakness are becoming too regular now, I need to display more self-control and determination like I used to have. Thanks for that little tip, Biggins! ;) - goodness knows I've plenty of curry to get through, as no-one else in my family will have anything to do with it (again), even though I made it much milder this time especially with them in mind.

It sounds like you had a nice day with your friends yesterday o/ . Well done for keeping up with the swimming too. Hope you enjoy your hotel break and your planned river-walk - it sounds lovely - fingers crossed that the weather holds up for you. :cross: :D
Don't knock yourself Preston and as Biggins says a larger portion of curry will be good ;) Your meals for today are way too few calories its less than 700 calories and I've over estimated that which is almost starvation mode 8O :nono:
I know that you had a special target weight for a special day - no idea what or when  but could you not have a treat day once a week as then you won't be tempted to "cheat" or have to exercise as if you're in training for the Olympics?

Today's a new day and you have lost 27lbs so far which is amazing so pick yourself up and get some more calories added to today's menu and have fun o/

The river Tay looks beautiful Biggins and you could just walk for miles taking in that wonderful scenery. Have a good swim today. Rawr_xoxo the Aberdeen Angus steak flatbread sounds wonderful and a fabulous source of iron.

ClareBarr I hope that you are OK. Valda and aruif are you two feeling better? Havingascreen I take it that you are busy trying on bikinis for next weeks holiday o/

Good Luck with your weigh in Diane and Preston. :cross:

Having cereal and a peach this morning with a cup of tea. So trying to be good before I go. Weighed myself this morning and I had lost a lb but as I will not be here to weigh myself on Friday it will be Saturday instead this week and then I will see what damage has been done since I was having all the meals at the hotel. Might need some of Preston's veg curry when I come home. ;)

Weather is back to its usual pouring down with rain!! :noo: Why can't it be nice and sunny for a holiday!!

Have a good time tonight and I am sure Batman will appreciate you taking a picnic to him Diane! (although I don't think he needs to watch his weight). :giggle:

As regulars will know Wednesday is weigh-day for Diane and me. Good luck Diane! :cross: - I'm sure that you'll do well and you must be really close to your final end goal now. :D

I've just been weighed and remarkably I have actually lost a fair bit of weight (five pounds) this week after all!

I find it astonishing that today I actually weigh four pounds less 8O than I did yesterday morning! Mind I was pretty frugal with my calorie intake yesterday following my mega breakfast and other indiscretions earlier on Monday this week.

Now feel free to berate me for my diet methods people (I deserve it and I know myself that they are not ideal and this yoyo approach is not good for permanent weight loss) and Diane's description of my yesterday’s food intake as being "starvation diet" is pretty close to the mark - but desperate times call for desperate measures. I'll try and be more measured from here on in!

Anyhow - I'm pretty pleased with myself at the moment with a feeling that I'm back on track after a crazy up and down week so to speak.

I've another (13 mile plus) bike ride with the "Last of the Summer Wine Collective" planned for tomorrow morning. I'm absolutely loving the cycling thing and will be removing all the exercise equipment, barring one piece - the Mary Poppins dual action trainer, out of the bedroom and back into the loft as it's largely redundant these days and we can't move without tripping over the blooming stuff.

Today’s Meals:

Loads of chilled water from the never-ending Vittel bottle :D

1) Two Weetabix with raspberries, blueberries and skimmed milk.

2) Delicious Vegetable Curry. YumYum, it's too good to share!

3) Fresh Salmon steak seared with a crispy skin "a la George Foreman" enrobed with a balsamic glaze and served on a bed of rocket.

4) Baked pepper stuffed with tuna, rice and sweetcorn with a crunchy side salad.

Be good everyone enjoy your day. There's good weather just around the corner apparently! Yay!! :D

Although your rate of loss is a little worrying to me but you are no doubt feeling great, physically and mentally vibrant and that reflects a journey of great dedication, enjoyment, immensely successful strides and a powerful influence on others. I bow to you again, you are so awesome...Forgive me though, I will still nag you now and again about watching that rate...I dont want you have those stretch marks or loose skin I talked about ;)

Hope everyone is doing great, seems like you all are, from a brief glance at the posts! I wish I was integrating more with everyone's incredibly high being vibes but keep it up as always!

Have a lovely break Biggins o/

Nice to hear from the lovely MrG and feel free to nag me on anything and also can you tell me which rip cords to b*y please? Now that I'm getting closer to my goal weight certain areas namely my inner thighs are not toning up as much as everywhere else so want to do specific exercises for there if you know of any. Thanks so much for any input.

Well done everyone - you are all doing fantastically well!

Preston - watch out for that starvation mode... you don't want your body to go into starvation mode!
