Thanks for the encouragement and compliments everyone! :D

Here you go, Slim!
http://www.waitrose.presscentre.com/Rec ... o-90c.aspx

It says that the Chorizo is optional - Make sure that you use it if you can though, as it adds a lovely flavour, and it's not half as good without it! Oh yes, and don't overcook the eggs till they are hard and rubbery, like I did the first time I made this - you should be aiming for fluffy and kind of still runny. o/
biggins wrote: Great Diane getting into a size 12 top o/ I think it was in the 60's when I last could get into a size 12
:shifty: I think I was in my 20's, and in the back of my old Ford Capri, when I last got into a size 12 top! ;)

Todays Meals:

1) Smoked salmon, low fat cream cheese, salad leaves in a toasted sesame bagel. Black coffee.

2) Roast Chicken lunch with stuffing and loads of veggies and yummy gravy.

3) Jacket potato filled with edamame, pea and wasabi dip and side salad.

4) Tea and toast and scraping of Marmite.

Exercise:

Nothing planned today - but maybe I'll jump on the Dual action trainer for 1/2 an hour if I'm feeling keen later on.

Be good everyone! :D

I've just realised that the on-line recipe I linked you to doesn't have the nutritional info with it for some reason - whereas on my "free from the shop" recipe card it does - so here you are. I know you are keen on knowing that sort of thing, and I couldn't bear to think of you wasting hours at the weighing table and on the calorific value look-up website ;)

Nutrition: 443kcal/25g protein/12.5g carbohydrate/10.3g sugars/32.5g fat/8.6g saturated fat/3.2g fibre/1.7g salt per serving
