I got my second Magners prize about 1.5 months ago but I've heard from other people who are still waiting too (coincidentally I received both my Magners prizes within a week or 2 of each other despite winning them months apart!)

Magner's did post something about re-sending out deliveries as the postman wasn't very careful with some of them, but even with that they are ridiculously slow with their prizes lol

well I initially won Latitude Festival tickets so it's lucky I didn't want them as that happened around the 15th of July, imagine the stress of waiting for tickets & trying to make plans to get there etc and them not turning up?!

yeah I saw that tweet and replied about waiting 2 months now with no reply whatsoever from them.

Are they actually sending cider then? I would have thought vouchers to pick up cider a shop/supermarket would be better than posting heavy cider

I have contacted Magners several times about my missing cider won back in May, and they have apologised several times and said it was damaged in transit, but how long does it take to send out a replacement? Finally, after repeatedly nagging them, the cider arrived earlier this week.

I'm not even that fussed about some cider (& I did ask for vue tickets as the exchange) it's more the point that they're so crap for a big company. Maybe they really do work in the dark and are fumbling around wrapping up cider for posting & that's why they're making such a bad job of it?
