Just as much as each and every one of you WILL reach YOUR desired goals.
Well done you are certainly our guiding light and its good to see that you are so driven with your goals o/

I'm off to Denmark this afternoon so I've just had a 300 calorie bowl of cereal and then its downhill with the healthy eating regime but I will do lots of walking when I'm away. Be good everyone and good luck with the weigh in tomorrow Biggins. o/

Yeaaah!! Denmark!! Enjoy it for me :(
You're going to Copenhagen, right? I don't remember if you said you've already been there or not, but go to the Black Diamond, the old library, Vesterbro and Christiania!! And the boat tours are only 40 DK (if you choose the right one in Nyhavn ;) ) Enjoy!!!

I've never been before and I'm so glad I checked on here before I left. Made notes on all the above and my hotel is just one block away from Nyhaven. I'm so excited and I'm off now :cheer: Thanks so much for the info o/

Boy it is quiet on here without Diane and Preston!! ;) Weighed myself this morning and have lost the pound that I gained last week - so not a great achievement but better than another weight gain!!

If you are reading this Preston I lost the pound this week even though I was out for a curry lunch the other day - so I am certain it has to do with the number of sandwiches at lunchtime as that is always when I put on the weight.

Cereal and banana for breakfast today and homemade Cauliflower and Broccolli soup for lunch. Not sure yet what I am having tonight but having a friend over for a drink tonight so will probably be something light as the crisps etc may appear with the drinks later!! :red:

OK - can't leave biggins on her own like Billy-no-mates. I am still trying to lose the 3 pounds I put on because of a weekend away - grrrrrrr!!!!!

I have shopped all day - in food shops, because we are having people to dinner tomorrow night, Sunday lunch, and if that's not enough, we are having company next weekend - all weekend, and I have loads of cooking to do, and puddings. Maybe I should have a rant elsewhere. But how am I going to keep the calories at bay for the next ten days or so?

No way is the answer! :D
