Come on girls and boys lets keep the motivation going.
Had Belvita and a yoghurt for breakfast (becoming a bad habit with these - the idea is to have them when on limited time not when I'm not at work until 9   ) still to plan the rest of the day and it will be a rest day as going to see End of Watch after work.

Have a fun day everyone o/

Not used to working full time now :X The only good part is the cash. Don't seem to be able to do much else as by the time I get in and cook and sort out things for the next day it is almost bed time!! Wonder how I used to do it all before and the family were still at home too - of course I was younger then!!! ;)

Having cereal in the mornings for breakfast. Had a bowl of soup at the canteen yesterday but sandwich today. Sweet and Sour Pork stirfry with rice tonight as that was quick and easy.

Keep up the good work posting Diane!! Preston has definately got lost!!

Morning and I'm afraid its another rest day as I'm working 8 until 7.30pm (I've booked too many trips/ nights out so working long hours to fund it).

Smoothie with a banana and strawberries (300 calories)
Chicken and stuffing sandwich followed by 2 satsumas (450 calories)
It will be cereals for dinner as it will be 8 before I get in. :noo:

I'm out on Thursday as well just got an hour in hence getting out of sink with meals and exercise but can fit in a proper meal.

I agree with you Biggins re change of routine - I'm worse when I'm off work as I always seem to just have another coffee before I get on with anything. We need to find Preston he's been missing for far too long and a few other girls have been rather quiet, please keep posting then we can support each other on the way.

Have a fun day everyone o/

Had a bit of a wobble at the start of the week. I knew OH was coming home after a week away and would want a takeaway quite late, so I had a virtuous breakfast and lunch (360 calories) and did 30 minutes of exercise (140 calories). Was gutted on Tuesday morning to have allegedly put on 2 lb overnight, having done my best to mitigate the badness, but those extra pounds disappeared this morning. Phew. The advantage of daily weigh ins is that I'm getting a better idea of my 'real' weight, because I can average out fluctuations and see if the trend is going down or not.

We're seeing a film at the Institut francais tonight, so we are going to have to eat out and today may also be a diet fail. Am restricting my breakfast and lunch to 360 calories again though, so hopefully that should give me more wiggle room tonight. :cross:

Hope everyone is being better behaved than me!

Forgot to say I have maintained my weight but as for fitness levels they are going downhill due of lack of exercise - you can't maintain fitness levels without doing some exercise

Its 300 calorie porridge for breakfast, garlic sausage (the last of thank goodness) salad sandwich followed by 2 satsumas and a weight watchers yoghurt (400 calories) for lunch and an omelette for dinner (300 calories).

I'm resting yet again as off to see the filming of Britain's Brightest at Media City thanks to the post by Betty Botter. o/

I will be working from 8 until 8 on Friday (I do have a 2 45 minute breaks for lunch and dinner) so yet again no exercise. I seriously need to get my act together re exercising as my first Christmas night out is on Monday and out most nights next week (some is work and some socialising) :noo: :nono:

Asamaic you are doing good I too had put on a lb on Monday (ate way too much on Friday evening so had an extra weigh in) but as I weigh myself weekly it had come off again by Wednesday by cutting back. Looks like it was a chicken evening last night.

Only just over 2 weeks to go before I meet the lovely Biggins, havingascreen, marjoreemarjora, stuartboy, alythonian and Yinster in real life - I'm so excited :cheer:

You haven't seen us yet - hope you will not be diappointed!!! ;) LOL! We will not be wearing kilts or "see you Jimmy bonnets"!!! :X

Jumped on the scales this morning in advance for tomorrow - and doesn't look good in spite of running around the building most of the day so again it is down to the number of sandwiches and unhealthy eating. Going to the cinema tonight straight from work so no time to come home and cook.

Have a nice day everyone. o/

Good Morning! I hope everyone else is having a great week. I am being sooooooo good after my weekend of excess, and am almost looking forward to weighing myself on Sunday morning! Still don't think I'll be back to where I was pre-weekend, but I'll be heading in the right direction. It's not helping at work at the moment, when people are bringing in birthday cakes and other goodies. It's hard to decline their kind offers without causing offence. I always cut the smallest piece, but then wish I hadn't eaten it at all.

I know that I won't be disappointed as you are all such good fun - I'm more concerned that you will find me boring and that you will all be looking at your watches waiting for the Manchester train to take me home :noo:

Good luck with the weigh in Biggins o/

I too would feel rude saying no when its someone's birthday talking of which it's my friends birthday today hence going out for lunch  (we only have 45 mins so no time for cake unless the service is quick).

I'm on my 8 until 8pm today so another rest day.
Just had branflakes for breakfast (300 calories)
Lunch no idea
Chicken stirfry tonight without the noodles (400 calories)

I need to do plenty of exercise over the weekend. Good luck everyone and try to be good :cross:
