I too would feel rude saying no when its someone's birthday talking of which it's my friends birthday today hence going out for lunchandrews wrote:Good Morning! I hope everyone else is having a great week. I am being sooooooo good after my weekend of excess, and am almost looking forward to weighing myself on Sunday morning! Still don't think I'll be back to where I was pre-weekend, but I'll be heading in the right direction. It's not helping at work at the moment, when people are bringing in birthday cakes and other goodies. It's hard to decline their kind offers without causing offence.
