Does anyone know which ticket agencies are the best and which to avoid - my daughter wants tickets for Florence & Machine at 02 and some are sold out and others have them but she is a bit wary of scam sites.... she is planning to book this lunchtime so any info would be very welcome o/
Preferred cinemas:
Central London and North London as far north as the Hampstead Everyman including Picturehouse Hackney/Notting Hill Gate - but not Wood Green and North Finchley as they are just a bit too far.

Sorry for the late reply but Ticketmaster and Ents24 are the best!
A horse walks into a bar and the bartender asks, "Why the long face?"

A pony walks into the bar and whispers, "I'll have a beer, please." The barkeeper asks, "Why are you whispering?".
"I'm a little hoarse."

Just got back from an ASH gig. Met some friends who I haven't seen for ages had a really good time. A big thanks to yogi for the tip off about the tickets.

wooww £137 is a tad steep for a middle aged man who cant play an instrument. Still, the performance at the o2 on Sky tv was fun to watch, Robbie had a few antics up his sleeve to keep the housewives amused. He had some great songwriters working for him at some point, songs like Feel stand out from the aweful album fillers. I do like Feel, and of course Angel is an all time great.
fav 5 films of the year - Tenet, Bill n Ted 3, Invisible Man, JoJo Rabbit, ?

The Human League concert last night made me feel very uncomfortable. Not just because of the couple languorously dancing right under my eyes.

OH birthday today so took her to see The Hobbit oops mean The Rasmus, boy is that lead singer short. The support was called Dirty Youth with a female singer and sounded pretty good, quite Paramourish. Onto the main band not really my type of thing but OH used to be into them. Not sure whether it was the band or singer she was really into or the singer. I think we both expected to be the oldest there but it was a pretty mixed age group which made the whole thing more relaxed. Anyway they were pretty entertaining and Oh enjoyed herself also being at the academy (students union) the drinks were cheap. On the way out they were selling T shirts for a tenner and posters for £2. Managed to barter them down to a £5 for both.
