"A bit" -- did I read that right, Diane?? You get around "a bit"-- honestly the woman never stops. If she isn't exercising, working, doing so much housework and decorating to make the rest of us feel like total layabouts, then she is making homemade Indian bread, jogging back and forth to the cinema (in a dress) -- there is no end to it.
Anyway -- enjoy your Scottish journey next week and say hello to the gang from all of us. Daughter visited Edinburgh a few weeks back and loved it.
It will be a lovely weekend.

Re: Weight Watchers
Just had scotch pancakes for breakfast (300 calories - not very filling so will be hungry later
)
Belvita breakfast bars and 2 satsumas for both lunch and dinner (540 calories) and 2 banana muffins sometime (400 calories)
I know this menu is diabolical but having to eat while walking as not any spare time - visiting a patient at lunch time then going to see Britain's Brightest straight from work (we didn't get in last time but have been assured that we will today) which I'll make by the skin of my teeth
plus a rest day.
Hope that everyone else is better behaved than myself

Re: Weight Watchers
Cereal and a banana for breakfast. Ham and cucumber sandwiches taking with me for lunch. Tonight - no idea!!! Will worry about it later when I come in from work and raid the fridge.
Cold morning and have to take two buses to work this week - so no chance for exercising.
You are always on the go Diane, you must burn up these calories in no time.
Have a good day everyone.

How cold is it in Edinburgh? Need to decide what to bring, just 3 days to go
Hope that work is going well this week Biggins.
I'm finishing work at 2 today (2 hours flexi taki it or lose it) so going to visit my friend (just had an op) but will still have plenty of time for doing my DVD today - need to get the arms in shape ready for a Christmas do a week on Friday (arms will be exposed) I've had branflakes for breakfast (300 calories), beef and onion sandwich for lunch with a weight watchers fromage frais (400 calories) but still need to decide on a healthy dinner with lots of veg. Have the FMUK Christmas do tomorrow night so really looking forward to it even though a certain member said I was a ****** nuisance yesterday
Be good everyone and have fun

Re: Weight Watchers
I haven't read this thread for a while but I think I lost weight. I have no idea how, and I'm pretty sure it's only in my mind but I'm fine with it. As long as I don't feel fat, even though my weight is still the same, I'm good.
Also, this week is kind of a pizza/salad diet

GOOD LUCK US ALL!!

Re: Weight Watchers
Enjoy your meal out Diane - you can afford to relax without putting on any weight now. I will be struggling this week to lose any weight as I am invigilating this week which means sitting for three hours each session and as I have to take two buses there and back there is no time to exercise.
Cereal and a banana for breakfast. Ham and cucumber sandwiches for lunch and chicken tonight probably with pasta.
Very cold up here in Edinburgh Diane but at the moment it is dry. Wrap up warm when you come for the weekend - scarf and gloves needed.
Have a good day everyone.
