Well every time I gain a few £'s in cash I gain lbs!!! A pound back on this week. :( Working gives me extra cash but no exercise and bread on sandwiches every day isn't good for me. Too lazy by the time I finish work to go for a walk and it is far too cold now - just want to get into the warmth of the house.
However, I am not working again now until after the year - although Xmas and holidays are coming up.

Be good everyone. o/

1lb isn't much but I know what you mean re extra work = extra cash but less exercise.

Its a smoothie for breakfast and then I have no idea re reast of the weekend but I'll do loads of walking and I'm meeting some very special friends for coffee and cakes in Edinburgh tomorrow. Just heading off for my early morning train - Have a fun weekend everyone o/ I don't have a trendy phone so won't have internet access until I return.

Hi all,

Sorry I've not been on here for ages!! I've had flu (last week), had loads more doctor & hospital appointments about my various health problems, been doing lots of work with the school kids for their Christmas Carol concert later this month, put up my Christmas tree & wrapped all my Xmas pressies! It's been quite a productive month last month, actually!

Hope you are all well, & ready for Christmas!

Clare x

Welcome back and sorry to hear that you've had the flu but happy that you have been productive with your Christmas activities o/

The festive activities are here now going to the L'Occitane event this evening but I will "try" and be good with the canapes :shifty: I am going to have the same breakfast all week which is a smoothie with strawberries and a banana as have had a bit of a cold over the weekend which is still lingering which will be due to lack of vitamin C last week (very unhealthy diet lacking in fruit and vegetables last week left my immune system a tad low :nono:) but the walk on Portobello beach on Sunday morning seems to have worked better than my cold relief tablets. Unsure of lunch as yet but its jacket potato with Ratatouille for dinner I'm not exercising today due to cold - I don't feel remotely ill but have to blow my nose a lot if walking too briskly.

Have a fun day everyone and try to be good in between all our Christmas activities o/

Coughing and sneezing since last night but had to go into town to get my haircut this morning although felt like staying in the warm house. Hope I didn't have it on Sunday and passed it on to you Diane.

Friend phoned to say she is not well with the cold and sore throat so we are not going to the cinema this evening and will have a cosy night in and watch telly instead.

Back on the porridge in the cold mornings and had homemade chicken soup for lunch. Not sure what to have tonight now as was going to have scrambled eggs on toast before going to the cinema but hubby will expect a sit down meal now.

Planning on wrapping some presents this afternoon - no tartan ribbon - just gold or silver ribbon on the gold/silver paper.

Hope you are feeling better Clarebarr.

Hope you're feeling better Biggins and I have no idea where my cold came from - I feel fine but won't be exercising until its gone.

Its smoothie for breakfast, coronation chicken sandwich for lunch (about 400 calories) weight watchers yoghurt and a jacket potato with cottage cheese this evening with salad followed by another yoghurt - No satsumas or clementines in Tesco 8O

Be good everyone o/

As I've now got 8 dos over the next 10 days it will be too embarrassing to come on here and say what I've had to eat but then again it maybe good to see how bad I am and the consequences of my bad behaviour  plus how long it takes to get back on track :noo:

Good luck everyone else and good luck with your weigh in tomorrow Biggins o/
