I have Jimmy SPices on Monday, a flatmate Christmas meal Tuesday night)where well be giving our secret santa gifts), that weekend Ill be going to the Frankfurt market with my dad(I think)
Then the next meal for me should be TGI's Xmas eve for my moms birthday, a hungry horse meal on xmas day, and whereever with my BF on boxing day(if we do go anywhere, which we probably wont due to the cost!

Feel fat just thinking about it O_o

Don't think of it as bad behaviour Diane as it is the festive season and you are allowed to enjoy yourself. You have been extremely good losing all the weight and any weight you do put on you will soon lose again as you are so active all the time.

I still have the cold and cough but we had booked the afternoon tea for yesterday down at South Queensferry with a Wowcher deal so went and had sandwiches, a scone with jam and pot of tea followed by an ice cream sundae!!! Great value for £9 for the two of us - so had to do it justice and eat the lot!! Intended going for a walk along the seafront but it was far too cold and windy so just went back to the car.
Eating too much as not out for a long walk every day and that is when I have another cup of tea etc. through boredom so not very hopeful for a good result tomorrow. :noo:

On the slippery slope now and I don't mean the weather!! Another lb gained this week!!! :noo: Was expecting that as haven't been walking very far or swimming this week due to the weather and having the cold.

Weather does have a big factor in the weight gain/loss as it is too easy to sit in the warmth instead of exercising and am not into DVD exercise. Will just have to do more housework!!! :(

So sorry but it is that time of the year and I think that we will all be in the same boat plus you look in good shape anyway.

I'm off work today (well just got 2 patients) and just been to the Doctors for the dreaded 3 yearly thing (the joys of being a woman) and the nurse asked me to pop on the scales and I'm 3 lbs lighter on their scales than the ones at my work  I must wear a heavy uniform plus I weigh myself with my shoes on at work. I have no idea why she decided to weigh me as the last time was after I had my daughter back in 1993 and I'm the same weight - she said that I've maintained my weight so I didn't bother filling her in with the extra 35 lbs that I had been carrying around with me :shifty:

Have a good day everyone o/

Did have a 3 course Christmas meal last night but was on the dance floor for the entire evening so hopefully will balance itself out :cross:
Been good so far today with a smoothie for breakfast, ham salad sandwich for lunch and a Weight Watchers chilli for dinner but off to the theatre shortly so may have a few nibbles there  No exercise yet again today :nono:

Hope everyone else is enjoying the festivities :D

Went on the bus to Portobello and had a brisk walk along the very windy and cold seafront. It certainly blew away the cobwebs!! Then went back on the bus to Musselburgh and finished my Xmas shopping at the small shops there and got fish for our meal tonight.

Glad to hear you had a good night Diane and enjoyed your three course meal.

Hope the weather doesn't get any worse - snow forecast for Tuesday!!! :noo:

Well done with the walk Biggins and what a lovely place to have the cobwebs blown away plus a very healthy choice with the fish. I'm ashamed to say that although good during the day yesterday it then went rapidly downhill at the theatre last night - I single handedly devoured an entire bowl of peanuts (so sorry akh43 and to my DD for not leaving any for anyone else) and if that wasn't enough I came home and with my cup of coffee I had 4 Quality Street (What's wrong with just taking one :nono: ) 8O  White Christmas was brilliant and thanks to akh43 for taking me as her guest o/

As I got a new phone yesterday I have been playing on it today and just reread a message from MrG reminding me of my goals so I've done my exercise DVD this morning - my goodness it was hard as I haven't done any exercise as such for over a week as I have had a cold (something of nothing) I felt like my arms were going to fall off - How quick do your fitness levels drop?! 8O

I've had branflakes so far and as today is free from festive activities I have no excuse not to be good.

Be good everyone and have fun o/ Keep posting and then we can support each other over the festive season :D

Bacon roll for breakfast this morning and cup of tea.

Having a cup of tea and a yoghurt and then as it is a fresh crisp day going for a walk into town and having a look round the German market and the winter wonderland.

Sirloin steak and vegetables and two small potatoes for meal tonight. A glass of red medicine to wash it all down. ;) A cup of tea and two oatcakes before bed. Got to try and shift the weight gain this week before the run up to Xmas. :red:

Going to friends on Friday night and they always have crisps and a bowl of roasted nuts on the table and once you start you can't stop popping another handful into your mouth!!! So you are not alone in your weakness Diane!! :(
