I recommend......

Recommend a movie (or movies) you've seen. New or old.

I'm starting with 2 that I get mixed up. I probably should have watched them again before I posted this but I have good memories of them.

Silent Running (1972, directed by Douglas Trumbull, special effects supervisor on 2001: A Space Odyssey)

Dark Star (1974, John Carpenter)

Edit I should have said these are low budget movies (just so you know what to expect)

The Lives Of Others; I watched this last night and can't stop thinking about how excellent it was. So excellent that I don't even recall the distraction of subtitles or how bad my own German is. I only have praise for this film.

Strangely enough its been made into an MTV series 8O I've not seen it yet so no idea, what on earth MTV will do with it. Turn it into Cheaters I suppose :rolleyes:
