Well, just be thankful you didn't have my seat, Beate - the guy to my left insisted in commenting out loud on everything and at one point, laughed so hard he fell off his seat.

Skyfall is driving me mad, must remember earphones next time so I can listen to something else.

Enjoyed the film (not as much as chatty-floor-guy) but agree, SB was the highlight, together with his hair.

God yeah, I commented to PXC how annoying it is that all they seem to have is James Bond music, and we had to listen to that for over an hour!

And why do people come in at 5 past 7 when the Sky trailer already plays asking whether this is the Sky screening? It is but there are no seats here anymore, go away!

i have tickets for this and the last stand both on monday. my tickets for this are local and easily drivable whereas the arnie film is a long tube ride away in -4 degrees plus the snow. as much as this film seems low-to-average i think i will have to drop the guvanator.

good job it isn't a choice between two really good films.

I like comedy based on awkward moments, ala borat / ali g & given that this film is by the writer of those, I was looking forward to this.

however, i found the 3-in-a-bed scene the most awful thing i can remember seeing. There is awkward-funny, then this...awkward dreadful.

Lame. It just wasn't funny enough. (Pity, because I love Rafe Spall in Pete vs Life).

I surprised myself by actually liking it. And I'm surprised so many people are calling it predictable...

I Give It A Year? I wouldn't give it the 97 minutes of your time it would take to watch it.
If you married this film you could have it annulled on the grounds you believed you were marrying a romantic comedy.
Oh dear oh dear Working Title, Four Weddings or Notting Hill this is not.

I was surprised Stephen Merchant hadn't written it, it's the same kind of awkward cring-inducing humour that The Office had. So it's only for people that like that kind of humour.
