Re: Weight Watchers
thanks for the support everyone. I've made an appointment with the Dr next week to discuss the meds, so that's being sorted out. I'm back doing the gym classes and enjoying them which is crucial for me. If I'm not at work, I'm at the cinema or sitting with the laptop wasting time. At least with my classes, I'm out and about for a few hours a week.

Re: Weight Watchers
Sorry i've been absent for awhile but like most of you we need Mr Motivator back...where are you?
I started back a the Gym Wednesday which is a real confidence boost as i know i'm fighting and getting back to where i should be.
All this strict be healthy lasted for a good while but then i had a 'can't be bothered' couple of weeks and it all fell apart. Luckily enough reading your posts has stopped me really doing damage but finding the balance is going to be my biggest challenge.
Called in to the Gym today and arranged for Monday too
Keep talking guys then we can help each other, all the best allsinging

Re: Weight Watchers
That is pretty scary Beate. I try to kid myself that the plainer sort of popcorn is virtually calorie free. I never used to eat in the cinema but recently have started b*ying Morrisons popcorn, putting it in a sandwich bag and taking that with me.
I wonder if cinemas will ever sell low calorie low fat stuff? Snack a Jacks or fat free frozen yoghurt.
I was reading the comments about this story and one person wrote that in Amsterdam you are not allowed to eat in the cinema - he was told it was too noisy hehe vx

I love hard pears, I cannot bear them if they've started getting ripe, all messy and the texture changes too. Anyway, well done Allsinging (as I eat my carrots, noisily vx

Re: Weight Watchers
well done allsinging! can't say i've been good this weekend.
but today's a new day! had a homemade fat free yoghurt with linseed, orange and mango mix this morning for breakfast, had a salad with smoked mackerel (not the lowest in calories i know, but very good for you) for lunch. and have brought in some special k chocolate snacks for the afternoon slump. not too bad i think?
