I love the way they just are able to talk freely about 'stuff'. Just every day 'stuff and have a laugh about the absurdity of things around them. Hope they get the Rio and winter olypic gigs.

I'm just watching Rock of Ages. Tom Cruise is surprisingly good.

If you have a slow cooker the give them a gentle browning and put to one side. Fry some onions, chopped up carrots till onions opaque. Then put in some chopped up garlic do not let the garlic brown. Put veg in the bottom of the slow cooker, put the meat on top. Swish some stock in the pan, red wine would be nice but don't worry if you haven't any. pour on top of everything.RickyRaj wrote:Watching food network looking for inspiration to use up my lamb chops which are defrosting in my fridge. I like to put in a teaspoon of mint sauce as I love the taste. Let to cook for a few hours till the lamb comes off the bone.
Maybe a quicker thing to do would be to gently fry the lamb then cover with a madras/vinderloo curry of choice and cook for 30 mins
Oh I'm hungry now..... going to check my freezer
