I liked it and its great to see the older generation (is that politically correct?) embracing technology :) 8/10.

aha but.. since its a film set slightly in the future, surely this is one of our generation, who has got older..?

I hope they come in different colours to match my wardrobe :)

Loved the film but the audience at WIQ got on my wick today! First had a very pushy woman who pushed in front of us and stole our seats and then we had loads of latecomers until 20 minutes in, each of them obscuring the view while standing on the stairs trying to find seats. The last couple simply sat on the stairs even though I pointed two single seats out to them. I couldn't be arsed to shoo them away though I really think this shouldn't be allowed.

Saw at busy Sheffield screening where it was ruddy freezing due to heating problem. Enjoyed the film though nothing special (may have been a nicer experience if I had feelings in my hands) 6/10

really enjoyed this film; it was charming. def one for all the family with plenty of humour for the younger ones mixed gently with the sadness of the aging process for us elders.

I especially liked the end credits as well where they seem to suggest the future process of creating a domestic robot. or were they pictures of robot beta models currently in use?

I agree with Raj101. a middle aged Frank would be amongst us now as this is set 'in the near future'. i was impressed with them not going all whizz-bang-shiny on all the future objects. a few simple well placed objects add to setting of this sci-fi story.

and the 're-purposing of the library'. That made me laugh out loud as in London a few have done that already (I am looking scathingly at you Whitechapel's Idea Store!)

Back from a busy Glasgow Cineworld.

Film was decent enough but sadly I didn't enjoyed it as much as the majority on here. There was something lacking for me. Not sure what. 6/10

Very good film I thought but the Cambridge screening no more than 25% full! Very odd compared to some of the other posts.

The film before in screen 5 didn't finish until 6.20 so a rush for seats when they finally let us in at Cineworld, Fountainpark. Almost full but no latecomers thank goodness but crisp crunchers and crinkly bag rustling behind us which was annoying.

The film was a pleasant hour and half and I definately hope that robots are available to do my housework in the near future. 7/10
