Huge congrats to aruif! o/ 2 stone is a big dent!
And congrats moggers 3kg isn't meh! It's still 3kg lighter! ;) It makes all the difference o/
Huge well done to everyone's efforts, it gets tough for the lot of us to get motivated to exercise and get moving and still eat healthier during the harsh winter months! :)
Im attempting to avoid sweets for lent currently(mainly restaurant desserts which are my weakness!), so I've been having activia yoghurts, nuts and berries and low cal choco mousse to keep my sweet tooth satisfied :)

Been to the market today and b*ght 2 bowls of apples(yes thats BOWLS, at a pound EACH(1 bowl of gala, 1 of pink lady, bargain!)
Then been walkies round costco for some bulk shopping, got 6 packs of 6 pitta breads for my sandwiches for the next 3 months :')(0.70p!!)
Got some blueberry smoothies for lunch on the go(i anticipate lunch on the go in the coming weeks(prepared!) and picked up some maximuscle/tone things as this insanity program my BF wanted to try is...you guessed it...INSANE.

Oh and grabbed some multigrain bagels as something different than pittas every now and again, and just had one for lunch with bbq chicken and sweet chilli sauce :)
Planning on having a marks and spencers ham and mushroom pizza for dinnner(354 calories for the whole pizza!) which I may or may not have with some salad :)

In the middle of looking for some cheap free weights now as after doing push ups(as part of the insanity program) I've discovered I have no arm muscle...like none D:

thanks guys and moggers don't put down 3kg, if you'd put it on you'd soon know about it!!!

i'm starting to try on old clothes from 2009 when i was at my smallest (still not very small, size 18) and i reckon by mid summer they will start to fit, just. this is my aim.

my friend is getting married in novemeber and i'd love to be able to just have a better choice of dresses. we're also going to Ibiza Rocks in September and right now there's no way i'm going!!

There is certainly nothing wrong with size 18 aruif! I'm sure you're a beauitfully natural curvy woman!
My mom has just had a similar experience to you, I had to take her to New Look to b*y new size 16 clothes as she hasn't been shopping for clothes for so long! (she was still wearing her size 20 clothes!)
It was a weird experience for the both of us, but it was good to see the smile on her face! :)

Don't b*y the ones with foam like I have as they make your hands sweat, they feel nice and comfy to hold but then you get sweaty hands :noo:
Well done I need to get my body moving but I have been healthy meal wise today and just having a mushroom stroganoff with wild rice (from Tesco's as just heading for the cinema shortly). Had fruit and fibre for breakfast and a salad pitta for lunch followed by a yoghurt.

Wwell done moggers on getting back to the Gym
