Hi Weight Watchers buddies, Ive noticed that sometimes we post here what we ate during the day and the number of calories we consume and I was thinking, maybe we could open a new threat where we could share our everyday diet and also some food recommendation and maybe what kind of snacks we take to the cinema. what do you guys think? or is it too crazy? :D :star:

I most certainly will, he's a thorough gentleman and good fun too. He has certainly been missed especially on this thread.

Interesting please enlighten us on this one - I think that my boss is doing this one and has lost a stone but I only see him in clinic once a week so don't get chance to chat about it.

Is that the 'fast' diet' that was in the sun a few weeks back? :o

Yes I think so but on the other days you should be eating 2000 cals to make it work. I find it hard enough to scoff my alloted 1200 on my fitmess pal per day lol. I think it's a quarter of your normal daily intake so for boys it would be a bit more.
I had two slices of danish bread toasted, 2 slices lean ham and a small amount of bertoli spread and that was 191 calories for breakfast, lunch I'm not so sure and still to decide what I'm cooking for dinner as yet. Still sore after swimming but will do a few Tiffany workouts, probably the one Greece posted as it's one of my favourites and seems to go faster than 10 minutes

Yes do send our good wishes to Preston 1990 and of course to Andrews. Sounds like a very nice get together, Diane65.

Just saw this on the internet. Quite interesting to see all the different combos which make up 200 cals.
