Feeling slightly sick. After listening to Melissa McCarthy singing about how her milkshake brings all the boys to the yard repeatedly, I b*ght a giant milkshake for the commute home. Subliminal advertising. Gets me every time. 
I guess she had a point, I did get a wolf whistle out of it.
Must eat more healthily, this really wasn't a sensible dinner alternative.
