Re: Weight Watchers
53kg isn't a lot Greece. Don't beat yourself up, I'm sure it will settle. I usually put on a kg with hormonal changes then it drops off again as it's water weight.

Re: Weight Watchers
Iron tablets shouldn't make you put on weight but as Moggers says its probably hormonal and 53kg is amazing - I will never be that.moggers wrote:53kg isn't a lot Greece. I shouldn't even have the audacity to be on this thread tonight after the size of pizza I've eaten tonight - It was overflowing on one of the large restaurant plates but it did have lots of spinach (along with plenty of other things) which is a wonderful source of iron

Re: Weight Watchers
Have you been tested for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Greece? If your spots are around your jaw and chin then most likely hormonal and PCOS can cause weight gain, might be worth checking. I think the last time I was 53kg when I was 20 eeek! :) Two babies later and you can guess lol

Re: Weight Watchers
as a matter of fact YES, I was diagnosed PCOS 4 years ago and started some treatment that didnt help much, last year I had a check up and I still had it so I continued with the treatment, 3 weeks ago was my last ultrasound and according to my GP doctor the results are good meaning they have miraculously disappeared and that I shouldnt worry about it so I asked for a 2nd opinion because it sounded so wrong, how could they have disappeared so suddenly if I havent had a single cycle in the past 6 months, 2nd opinion said, sorry but there is nothing wrong with you but I will refer you to the hospital to see what an specialist says, so maybe next month when I go to the appointment the doctor might say that Im ok and probably wont prescribe me anything because my GP stopped my prescription 2 months ago.... but my weight gain started 2 years ago, from 47 to 50 and laste year from 50 to 52 and not this year 53... I guess Im going to stop consuming sugar...moggers wrote:Have you been tested for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Greece?
