Valda... i've been looking for you on MFP and it says you're not doing it so i gave you a kick up the bum hehehe. it's ok to fall off the wagon trust me i do this too! but i just hope i can keep finding the strength to get back on up!

btw i'm over in the US now and had a bad food day yesterday (i ate 205 over my allowance but thats not as bad as some of the bad days i had at home haha) my friend lets me walk one of her dogs - it's big and makes me walk fast and we did an hour at the gym.

her scales say i'm 8lbs heavier than the ones at my gym so i'm not happy about that - having said that my clothes are certainly not telling me that's the case! in fact i think my old sized jeans will be comfortable to wear within the month or so! and my new jeans that i brought a month ago are not looking good on me AT ALL. so i'm quietly confident.

i still have 9 weeks left here though and temptation is literally every other step away.

Well done to everyone for keeping up the good work. I needed to come and read some posts for inspiration as i'm craving ice cream so much hahaha

You will soon get back on track Valda, I too have not been exercising or eating proper meals due to lack of time :nono: I am still the same weight but its the fitness and nutrition that I should be watching.

Have fun in America aruif o/

Gym at work today, not the best I have ever done but I forgot my iPod and that helps keep me focused. Had lunch out yesterday but it was thali so I only ate some spiced onions, boiled rice and a small.portion of chilli chicken curry so not too bad, then homemade chilli with one pitta and 10 corn chips for dinner so I had 6 calories to spare LOL.

My friend is using herbalife and has seen good results. I wouldn't b*y it myself due to the business model it uses but then I'm not using weight watchers or slimming world either as I'm trying to get my diet sorted by myself so I know that I can maintain once I get to my goal because that is what will.work for me!
