This film was crazy although I really enjoyed it. I never once checked the time and I was never bored. Love Tom Hanks, kinda wished I'd read the book first but never mind.

I loved this film and give it an 8/10. Worth going to see. Although make sure you have plenty to drink as its a long film and you won't want to leave your seat. :-)

The film was really good, perhaps a little too long for my liking.

i didn't get on with the book but loved the film. Amazingly clever, interestingly done and different. The acting is brilliant... well, apart from Tom Hanks who plays Tom Hanks and he does it nicely.

I'm so pleased so many people liked this after it didn't do so well in America! One of my faves of 2013 so far.

Genius! Simply stunning!
What can I say? Certainly not disappointed. Managed to catch this with an expiring voucher shortly before it disappears. Only regret is not having got round to reading the book first. Not sure whether it was harder to spot the actor under various prosthetics or despareatly trying to see how each thread related to another.
Loved it. Loved it. Loved it.
Will watch again. Will b*y dvd.
Only slight gripe was the Last of The Summer Wine-esque sequence at the care home which was a little bit silly. Fun, but silly, and outwith the general theme of the rest of the movie. Maybe this is in the novel? Not sure. Was also waiting for someone like David Walliams to appear in drag!
Hugh Grant didn't gel with me either - he looked like Lee Majors or Tom Selleck but still sounded like bloody Hugh Grant! Expected him even as an American businessman to say "Ya" instead of yes or yeah.
Did anybody else struggle with the accents in the future scenes with Thomas Hanks? I felt they messed with my brain as I tried to translate to understand. It was very Shakespearean in its rhythm. True-true, but diff understandsome timely.

That's my tuppence-worth. Now to read the screeds above - see how others fared.
