Re: Oblivion
I just came out of the cinema, went with my OH and with the beautiful Livi92
This movie has everything I was expecting and more, Tom Cruise super sexy and a bit cheesy as always, with some the action, Sci fi and even a love story although I have to admit that I wanted even more action ^.^ but it has tom cuise, Morgan freeman and even a guy from Game of thrones so I couldn't ask for more really :)
7.0/10

Re: Oblivion
Awww Oblivion.. what a film! Quite a bit of action, but was a little slow in places and so, for want of being a bit greedy, I would have liked more action to keep me more engaged. I thought the film did well considering how much story had to be communicated to the audience. The problem for me, was like Lost, and similar tv/movies in that vain, I found the storyline confusing and struggling to understand what was going on towards the end. I was left scratching my head as to the end and what actually happened with Cruise.
Enjoyed the Tom Cruise fest.. and so would give it a 6.5/10

Re: Oblivion
Also, I definitely think the big screen helped. Greece, her OH and I were in the big screen at Genesis and it really did all the action justice. I think if the film was shown on a smaller screen the film would lose some of its impact.
Although, I think the film could have been even better, if it was made in 3D...

Livi92, you are giving out a rather large spoiler in your first post.
