Just seen the west end men. Got dress circle tickets which weren't bad.

I did enjoy it but felt it lacked charisma and the conversations were quite stilted. I think I was hoping for more songs that I recognised which might have made it better. Glad I went as it wasn't that bad.

I reckon after a week, they will settle, I think its only the second or 3rd night. I was surprised that I recognized quite a few songs, but there again I'm old :giggle:

It's clearly an error. There are two separate emails, one that has gone to the invited list and another one (Subject: West End Men) that seems to have gone to a much wider list. The one with the subject "West End Men" is no good on it's own, you need the other one as well.

Might bump into you then, cliveas, SFF allocations are often in the same few rows.

Two full length shows in one day is a lot, but I promised I'd review the evening show and a West End comp is hard to say no to. ;) Glad to hear the positive feedback so far, and thanks to sonia for commenting on the run time as well. o/
