Sitting thinking of all the things which need doing today . . . Think I'd better start 'doing' and stop thinking! Been a busy this week with 2 funerals and hospital appointment so lots left undone! :wall: :rolleyes:

I spend ages writing lists of all that needs to be done, when that time spent could well have got something done!!!

I love having lists and targets and how satisfying when you can tick them off :roll:
Once the list is done you can gradually work through it so a list is always good o/ I sound like I need therapy for my list addiction :oops:

Just come back from a short run - 1 week to go for the half marathon!

Now relaxing and started watching the original Danish version of The Killing.

Well done and you certainly do deserve to have a nice relax. It is a lovely feeling after you have exercised it gives you a glow for the day :D
