I'd like to send massive thanks to the people that post all the wee bargains & freebies! And especially to tilly. The little samples i usually send off for my mum, she loves getting things in the post even if it is just a scratch & sniff perfume! lol
Although my mums not computer savvy nor does she own a pc or even have broadband, she has an email which i look after for her, and a few weeks back i sent off for a sample of le volume mascara by chanel(which was posted on the freebie board by tilly)...my mum LOVES chanel!!! Anyhoo a few days after, chanel sent an email inviting mum for half a makeover(they were only going to do her eyes with the mascara)...even still my mums feeling a bit special! And it turned out the girl gave her a full makeover...she looked a million dollars! And she got a skoosh of her fav perfume too!
So i just thought i'd share this and to say once again, thanks!
oh P.S she saw the funny side...eventually...when she received 2 condoms in the post....

Hubby was not amused last week when I got a note left from the postman to go to the sorting office up at Sighthill in Edinburgh to pick up a parcel he couldn't deliver when we were out only to find it was a freebie packet of All Bran's new cereal!!!! Ranted about it costing us more in petrol than the box of cereal!! But I mean who in their right mind sends a box of cereal in the post
- I thought it would be a voucher to get in Tesco.

tilly et al. I send the freebies to my my dad who at 89 gets very little post so loves getting all sorts of weird and wonderful things delivered. Sometimes he doesn't open them until he gets my "approval"! They certainly do brighten his day and give him something to talk about!
ps I missed the free condom offer for him!!!!!
