I was once at a concert and this woman kept having a go at these two girls (at the bar) who kept talking. Then towards the end of the show she started talking to someone twice as loud and told them to eff off when they asked her to keep it down. I found the whole thing more entertaining than the gig to be honest.

Wasn't there an incident not so long ago when two guys who were told to be quiet followed the lady to a nearby burger bar and threw acid in her face while she was having dinner with her husband / family? And, although this is not to do with movies, a couple of guys who pushed a lady onto the tracks for pointing out the station was non smoking?
It's clearly not just a problem in the US.

That's why people don't say anything to people, especially in the cities. If someone is playing their music through the awful ipod headphones quite loud people will put up with it rather than risk something happening. The right thing to do really
