Re: What Did You Watch Last Night?
I watched 2/3 of the first episode of Vikings and was not impressed so gave up.MissM wrote:Hi Andymack, me and the other half watched the first episode of Vikings and I have to admit that I was slightly disappointedandymack wrote: anyone watched vikings or last resort on lovefilm?I know, it's only the first episode and it might still turn into a great show, I just had higher expectations after having seen series like Game Of Thrones etc... Just felt like it was lacking a bit, some of the actors could have been better too... But who knows, might get better :)

Re: What Did You Watch Last Night?
One show that I strongly recommend is "House of Cards" (the US one, haven't seen the UK one)
Started watching it believing that I might get bored after a while since it is quite a lot of discussion and not so much action, but I was proven wrong! Brilliant series with an amazing cast (especially Kevin Spacey - and yes, I did have a little giggle about his accent) and extremely clever writing :) Well worth giving it a go (I bet you all will be hooked pretty soon)

Lie To Me is (well, was) so good. I couldn't understand why they would cancel it.MissM wrote:Woah keeping busy thenandymack wrote:sounds interesting - although i have a load of things to catch up on

Re: What Did You Watch Last Night?
I loved Tim Roth! He was a spot-on casting choice for Cal Lightman. Lie To Me definitely did not deserve to be cancelled.

Re: What Did You Watch Last Night?
It always seems like they cancel pretty good shows without any reason. Only discovered the cult series "Freaks & Geeks" about a year ago (Jason segel, Seth Rogen and James Franco amongst others made their names in it) and was gutted when I realized that they had cancelled it back in the days after only one season :/funthing29 wrote:I loved Tim Roth!
