Register for the Birmingham NEC show in SeptemberBirminghamRegister with A Place in the Sun to get free entry to the Birmingham NEC show (usually £10) between Fri 27-Sun 29 Sep. The ticket's valid on any one day, so just turn up on the day you want to visit.

There are 5,000 free tickets available (the offer ends Sun 29 Sep or when they're all snapped up) and you can register for as many as you'd like. Kids 16 and under also go free.

One for the Southwesterners, the Bristol Harbour Festival returns this weekend running from Friday to sunday. Free music and shows and I might even turn up (more of a reason to stay away, mind you).
