Returning to the EdinburghFestival Fringe for the third year, YOUNG CHINA SHINESpresents YOUNG CHINA SHINES SHOWCASE, a dazzling 90-minute journeythrough a wide variety of dance styles, at The Queens Hall on Monday5th August.

Displaying thetalent and skills of China’s up-and-coming young dancers, the productionfeatures over forty students from the Beijing No. 4 School, performingin a wide spectrum of dance styles. from the ancient forms of Chinese dance incolourful traditional costume to a dynamic modern street dance.

This group hasperformed in the USA and Europe over the past two years and not only offers afascinating glimpse of the traditions of Chinese dance, but also how the youngpeople of China interpret the popular dance styles of the West.

Our season of Secret Theatre shows opens soon. Anyone who lives or works in Hammersmith or Fulham is entitled to two free tickets.

You can see Show 1 for free on 30 Aug and you can see Show 2 for free on 07 Sep.

To claim your tickets come to the Ticket Office on Lyric Square at 9.30am on the Friday or Saturday before the performance (23 or 24 Aug for Show 1 and 30 or 31 Aug for Show 2) with proof of your home or work address (a recent utility bill or wage slip. Driving licenses are not accepted.)
