Fingers crossed that this is more "love actually" and (alot) less "the boat that rocked"
Looking through his imdb entry, richard curtis has had a fair few 'misses' to counterbalance his undoubted 'hits'.

I listened to an interview with Richard Curtis, and this will be the last Film he Directs. I hope it is successful for him.

Uh oh, that's not the first time I've heard Groundhog Dog mentioned in relation to this film.
That's about as perfect a comedy as you can get in my opinion, plus The Boat That Rocked was overlong and under funny, so currently my expectations are pretty low.

I went to see this last night at Milton Keynes.
