New Cinema In Crouch End?

Not only is there to be a new Cineworld in Wembley but either a Curzon or PH in Crouch End, apparently, though as I've heard both chains mentioned today in connection with the latter, maybe a local could clarify which will actually run it? The cinema will be housed in a new venue called the ArtHouse (sic) so probably won't have many screens.

theres going to be both the artshouse (links with curzon) and a picturehouse, with in 50 metres of each other.
arthouse will be 2 screens and should open in next few months
picturehouse will be 4 screens and is going through planning permission

Looks like the Picturehouse will take a year to build but the Arthouse will be open soon.
