Oh what the heck am I on??? I have no idea why I thought Chemenger was Tilly, lol. Sorry Chemenger! lol, no it wasnt a hint Tilly. And that Food Focus is truly brilliant the more I explore it. The food database includes most UK supermarket brands too which was something you had to p*y for with other services. The list of activities is comprehensive and you can create your own.
My film reviews here . ......My FMUK 2014 ratings.......My FMUK 2011 ratings.......My FMUK 2013 ratings . ......My FMUK 2012 ratings .

Re: Weight Watchers
Welcome chemenger hope you enjoy this thread as much as I do.
Just looked at the BHS site and they look really good; I will get some for when I go street walking (I know that sounds dubious but you know what I mean) as I usually hill walk but would look a bit strange with walking boots and hiking poles walking down the streets. I aim to do 2 3km walks during the week and a couple of the workout DVD's which I got free in the telegraph.
My daughter has just shown me a picture of Charlotte Church on the front of the Closer magazine and I am almost identical shape to her on the before picture (without the youth and good looks) so I'll have to aim for the after weight loss picture (in my dreams).
When are you doing the race allsinging? You are really inspirational.

I just received a free 'Get Walking' pedometer and 12 week walking plan pack. I applied for it ages ago and they were out of stock. They have more stock and you can apply for it here
