Most of them look lovely - but the new born baby cake and the one with a man and woman bloody heads look gruesome. :noo:
Enough to put you off eating cake!!

Thanks for that Preston, rubbing salt into my wound. I have given up all things chocolate for Lent! :D

Me too Andrews I have given up the chocolate and diet coke :noo:

Well done Preston1990 on the bike rides and I hope that you have had a fun birthday Biggins o/

Do not despair Ejwrank and Baty of course I was having some Moroccan cakes  Does a camel ride count as exercise? They go so slowly probably not but I did go for a climb up the Atlas mountains which was a bit more than I bargained for as I just thought we were going for a gentle stroll up to a waterfall so was wearing fitflops and hadn't envisaged that we would be climbing ie using hands as well as feet to climb for a couple of hours but we all managed so felt proud of myself.
Sorry about your freezer stone_monkey as I too would be pretty naffed off!

I have also given up Diet Coke and tea, and now drinking de-caff tea - doesn't quite do it for me, and I had the most atrocious headache for a couple of days as I suffered from withdrawal symptoms. However, I do feel healthier for it.

Mountain climbing in the Atlas mountains Diane? Whatever next? :D

Well done to all of you for giving up such pleasures as tea/Diet Coke and chocolate -- the will power of the weight watchers!

Congrats to you Diane on your Atlas mountains adventure and in fitflops. We stand in awe as always!

Well done on :- your bike ride Preston, the giver-uppers, and to the entrepid traveller.

My only positive thing this week has bee the arrival of our JL cards and the cake vouchers. Not used yet though so does that count as restaint?

Had one consultant today, next week doctor on monday and HR dept on Tuesday. The consultant is going to write up a report but was puzzled by the lack of physio and concern by my own doctors. Will be taking OH in with me on Monday to see if we can move things along.

Have a good weekend evryone

It sounds like everyone has been busy this week. Diane65 - Morocco is great I was there in 96 - I did a trek in the High Atlas climbing Jbel Toubkal the highest point in North Africa - 14,500 ft approx. Did you try mint tea while you were there - it is just the best. i couldn't get enough of it when I was there :D

I managed to lose 2 lbs this week - now at 13st 11lbs - annoyingly I wanted to loose the weight around my middle but it keeps coming from elsewhere :wall: I had planned to aim for 13st 7lbs but it now looks like I'll have to loose more to reduce my middle :tears:

John Lewis was visited just before my weigh-in this week - :nono: :nono: I had a piece of cheesecake -WOWSERS - it was delightful - rhubarb and elderflower - it was the best cheesecake I have ever tasted - peopless must try this o/ you will not be disappointed.

I hope everyone has a great week and everything goes well for you all - you all must remember - CHEESECAKE :D :D
Member no. 55 of the "100 free films in 2014" club - 46 movies seen 54 to go. Target 72

0 freebies coming up, seen 26 previews, seen 12 non-previews so far - yippee...pa*d for 8 - Hubble 3D 5.50, Non-stop 6.60, Transcendence 6.60, The Amazing Spiderman II 3D 7.38, Love Punch 5.94, Locke 5.31, The other woman 5.94, The monuments men 5.31 and cancelled another 5 for various reasons. Purchased a Cineworld Card, so I'm seeing a lot less free films as i am not travelling as far to see them.

Well done on the 2lb weight loss that is brilliant and it maybe just toning up that you need rather than weightloss
I hated the mint tea - I don't drink tea anyway but gave it a go. I was 2000 feet lower than you in the mountains but as in the wrong shoes my skin on my feet is still tender but that could also be due to dehydration as we all had chest infections and dodgy stomachs so still feel weak and dehydrated (even have the attractive sunken eyes ;) ) this was the day after the trek so may no idea where we have picked it up from  I must be bad as I don't even feel like cake 8O I have to work as we get a warning if we don't so not infectious just tired.
