Have a brilliant birthday weekend jmd1983 and have fun
I'm going out for dinner tonight but will try to be good, if I overindulge I always feel that TheyCallMeMrGlass is spying on me and shaking his head!

Re: Weight Watchers
Hello guys
Sorry to be a stranger but i'm back! and fighting to catch up.
I've not been to the gym for two weeks what with the Easter Holiday and child care ..but really that's an excuse, i could have gone in the evenings
but i'm putting that behind me and looking forward
but i'm there tonight and i've printed out my goals which i now carry around with me
Hope everyone is well and getting there. I have drifted from my goals and looking for your lovely support to get me back on track...lots of love to you all Allsinging

Well done for moving onwards and upwards Allsinging! We've all had some lapses in concentration, I promise you that! Good for you for wanting to get back on track though!

Re: Weight Watchers
Welcome back allsinging, we've all been there.
I was overindulgent on Sunday having a huge 1,500 calories on one meal
Nando's and ice-cream which I loved but redeemed myself by having porridge for breakfast and my stomach was close to bursting hence couldn't eat for the rest of the day so kept my daily count to under 2000 (luckily Sunday's my comfort day). I never know whether to admit to my gluttony but I always do - I've always been very honest!
