saw this again, this time in lie-MAX Odeon, and the extra screen plus 3d do add a fair bit to the movie, a real zinger on the action side and the fun banter between the buddies is excellent though shortlived. Chris Pratt is still just as annoying though lol. You cant help but get the feeling that the resident Deux Ex Machina Groot could have sorted out the whole mess himself.

Ages till the next phase 2 movie now.
fav 5 films of the year - Tenet, Bill n Ted 3, Invisible Man, JoJo Rabbit, ?

I originally saw the PRE screening in Leicester Square and thought it was hilarious, really enjoyed it. Later watched it again in Enfield CINEWORLD and noticed it was a different version, some of the sciences had been changed and it wasn't as funny. I was specifically looking for some sciences only to find that they had been cut out/edited. Not sure what that was about. So based on my first viewing 8/10.

Watched this via Blinkbox as I'm not able to get to the Cinema these days as much as I would like to. Ok film which I guess young kids will like (this was recommended by one of my daughters). Story was a little weak I felt and similar to other films, good action and effects and a good cast of characters. 6.5/10
