Saw this yesterday at the Metrocentre. My second free film of the day – How cool is that?

As people have already commented the film is much in the same vein as the Hangover though not quite as good. There is plenty of gratuitous bad language and throwing up scenes for good measure and one especially hilarious laugh out loud funny and rude visual scene. I have to say that I enjoyed it immensely and it was also a real kind of nostalgia fest to hear the music and see the styles from those earlier days.

The on-going when/how is the hotel porter going to lose that arm scenes were just pure comic genius.

Nice to see the actor who portrayed one of Kick Ass’s nerdy friends appearing in this in a role as a much more developed character.

It’s a 7 out of 10 film in my book. o/

Saw this in Bristol last night- cinema was quite full and atmosphere was good - a lot seemed to enjoy it. I had low expectations before watching it but it was actually pretty good. I would probably only recommend watching it on DVD though - not sure it was worth the price of a cinema ticket!

Saw it in Manchester last night.

Really enjoyed it, great way to unwind after a stressful day at work. Goody bag was a nice touch as well.

It was funny and entertaining, but not a must see like The Hangover.

Glad the 80's references weren't too overdone as well.

Saw this at Lothian Road, Edinburgh last night - about 85% full. Not nearly as good or funny as The Hangover and much to much of the F word. There were laugh out loud moments but a lot of cringe moments too. Best was the anticipation of the accident waiting to happen to the "armless" porter.

3/10 from me - puerile is the word. I know this makes me sound as if I am in my 90's rather than my 30's - but did they need to use the 'F word' quite so much? - The effect would have been the same with a little less usage. I was one of those who would have enjoyed more 80's music and 80's references - but I suppose that would have lost them their target audience - which was so not me!

Our screening was completely full - and a couple of late arriving big groups could not get a seat - a few couples did leave - but most people seemed to enjoy it well enough - lads on either side of us left chatting about what a great film it had been. To each their own.

I am a John Cusack fan - so I was glad to see him - but otherwise no, not one for me.

Saw this last night and LOVED it - Very very silly film, just what I needed after a hard day at work. Oh and of course there was John Cusacks byum for a split second which was very exciting - I had to suck extra hard on my ice blast!

I thought this was okay but the story was very contrived. There were men near me who were laughing heartily - I love a good comedy but this wasn't - I laughed a few times but found myself looking more at the 80's fashion and remembering "Omg - I wore that!!"

Thought this was a bit of a let down role for John Cussack.
