Welcome indeed, Clucky! Brilliant effort to lose 3.5 stones in 6 months (an excellent healthy rate to lose weight). Here is where we motivate each other to achieve our "fat loss" goals, to remind ourselves that "hey I have a goal to reach, so what the heck am I lazing around for, and why am I munching on a 2nd bag of Walkers crisps?". We keep each other in check and pass the whip around...which uh...ive been holding on to for an unhealthily long time

So ok, tomorrow is next forthnightly progress results! So dont forget to weigh yourselves and give me your stats! Clucky, if you wish to be part of the Progress chart, you can either give me your actual weight or if you prefer not to disclose that, your target amount of weight loss will be fine :)

And lets continue to post here any new interesting finds, website links etc. Well done everyone o/

Like JMD, I've been sick for the last several days, had a fever and whatnot. Think I know why, I was in a t shirt in my home freezing to death last week while some workmen installing my Virgin Media Broadband had the front door open. Couldnt do any exercises but recovered now. time to spring back into grove. Dont forget, there will always be little setbacks on a weightloss journey but never let the setback mentally deter you, think to yourself its part of the journey and it its no big deal...and thats the truth!

Take it easy while you're not well, JMD, rest is always the best cure (along with any antibiotic from doctor if neccessary) just ride it out but still eat! Soups are always the best ;)

I need some chicken soup too :( No energy to make any though... It's a wonder I'm still (sort of) functioning at work. Perhaps this ought to be in the Diary Room...

No, we like you visits here too ;) Besides I seem to be locked out of the Diary and Food rooms, every time I try to drop in and say hello, I feel a force pushing back on the door...I swear I once heard something like "quick hide the cookies, in case he gets in" ...

Hope you feel better soon, rest when you get home :)

So sorry that you are all feeling poorly, I will make the chicken soup for you all and come around to look after you big hugs to all of you and do take it easy tonight.

I assume that dig is intended for me MrGlass as if I'd say keep away ;) if you weren't poorly I would retaliate but I'm too caring to have a go at you if you're not well.

I know already that I won't be on track as I have gone out 12 days on the run  I can't say no to an invite out! I have sort of been keeping on track but very little exercise due to social life :noo:
I feel very well with lots of energy so have no valid excuse just need to say no more often .
