Go to the 1st floor and ask for Costa's manager, theyll help you with your complaint. Why the hell would I want to do that? Get me YOUR manager, NOW! They're costa's toilets, not ours, you need to speak to their manager, not mine(silently screaming internally GET OUT OF THE QUEUE THERE'S 12 PEOPLE WAITING TO p*y!)

Woah, so much fudge in Waterstones ! Poor you wlabw, sounds hideous. But at least it's not a hospital. Imagine the kn*bhead in your example plus his whole family coming at you with inanities. Now that's Christmas Hell ! Hang in there !

I've been writing Christmas Cards for the past 2 hours and I'm determined not to move until they are all written! Mind you, I've got writer's cramp now and having a break! Next year, I'm either going to start early or I'm going to make a donation to charity and forget the cards!
Wrapping the presents has not even reached my to-do list yet . . .

McG and ejwrank - it is thought that counts! I used to do over 200 cards, me, mum, family, children! Over the years it has dwindled down to only the people I never see....which is more manageable!

That might be an idea for next year, pxc, as I've also got to see to dad and his cards.
